Overview

This is a rental house where Lulu, a show dancer, lives on the first floor, and Miller, an evangelist who reads the Bible on the street, lives on the second floor. The landlord, "Nowhere Man," secretly films their lives. Nowhere Man operates on the philosophy that the act of watching is his sole source of pleasure; even when a woman strips naked and tries to seduce him right before his eyes, he ejaculates without laying a finger on her. However, his philosophy of pleasure begins to crumble as he starts to develop feelings for Lulu.
