Overview

Natsumi Miyata is divorced from her husband and raising her 5-year-old son by herself. She works in the Customer Service Department of a confectionery company. She is busy handling the complaints that come in every day. One day, Natsumi receives a phone call. She hears a woman's sobbing voice coming from the other end of the line.
