Sink or Swim

Overview

This film follows Lia, a teenage girl, trying to come to terms with the loss of her younger brother that occurred when they were children. Lia’s birthday falls on the same day as her brother’s death, making the day bittersweet for her. The film navigates Lia’s experience of grief, memory, and nostalgia as she tries to grapple with the past.
