Overview

Set against the backdrop of China's poverty alleviation efforts, the film narrates the touching story of Luo Hong, a young Bouyei doctor, and Nong Jiahui, a village teacher. Together, they establish a village clinic to improve local healthcare conditions, leading to significant transformations in their mountainous village and culminating in a blossoming romance.
