Overview

After a nearly fatal misunderstanding which involved borrowing "ibuprofen" from a chemistry-seat partner, Andrea, a rebellious teenager, finds herself involuntarily admitted to a mental institution under suspicion of attempted-suicide. While there, she must learn to make the best of her stay, befriending the lively offbeat residents of the institution and coming to terms with her defiant behavior as a daughter, sister and friend.
