Below the Horizon

Overview

The film portrays the layered life of an archaeological site near the village of Klenak in the municipality of Ruma. Through the slow rhythm of excavation, we see the uncovered traces of vanished lives - fragments of labor, settlements, and beliefs. Beneath the visible landscape of the future motorway lies a serene archive of human presence, and another documentary film patiently awaiting recognition.
