
Connor Spence is an American labor organizer and a founding member of the Amazon Labor Union (ALU), which won the first successful unionization vote in Amazon's history at the Staten Island JFK8 warehouse in 2022. He served as the ALU's vice president of membership during the organizing drive depicted in UNION (2024), and later became the union's president in 2024, succeeding Christian "Chris" Smalls, after leading an internal reform effort within the ALU. He continues to lead the union, now affiliated with the International Brotherhood of Teamsters as ALU-IBT Local 1.
