Jordan Flowers is an American labor organizer and one of the four founding members — alongside Christian "Chris" Smalls, Derrick Palmer, and Gerald Bryson — of the Congress of Essential Workers, the 2020 group that grew into the Amazon Labor Union. He was a key figure in the union's landmark 2022 victory at the Staten Island JFK8 warehouse, the first successful unionization of an Amazon facility in the U.S., and was later terminated by Amazon, prompting the ALU to publicly demand his reinstatement. He continues to speak and advocate on behalf of the union.
