Cassio Mendoza

Cassio Mendoza is an American labor organizer who joined the Amazon Labor Union's founding campaign after connecting with Chris Smalls at a 2020 protest outside Jeff Bezos's Beverly Hills home. A JFK8 warehouse worker, he became a prominent ALU spokesperson during the union's landmark 2022 election victory and its aftermath, and co-founded The Associate, a worker-written newspaper distributed inside the warehouse to counter Amazon's anti-union messaging and connect union and non-union employees.
