Overview

Takkema follows the journey of brilliant, independent women facing the challenge of finding a partner who can match their ambitions. In a male-dominated society, they search for that rare bird : a husband willing to step aside and let them shine. Confronted with growing loneliness, these women decide to break the mold and take control of their own happiness. This quest for love, full of twists and turns, will shake up both their certainties and societal prejudices.
